Client Executive
The Client Executive will serve as a strategic leader responsible for delivering the "One State Street" experience to some of our most significant global clients, including a major asset management institution. This individual will oversee the integration and growth of our strategic partnerships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across organizations.
Acting as a trusted advisor to the client's C-suite, the executive appointed will drive mutual value creation, expand partnership opportunities, and lead a global virtual team to deliver seamless, end-to-end client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Primarily serve as the CE for the global business relationship.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for key strategic relationships that use partnership products, maintaining consistent C-suite engagement and alignment of business priorities.
- Develop and execute a joint partnership strategic agenda, aligning operational capabilities with client objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value through expanded partnership models and innovative service delivery proving STT's interoperability offering.
- Cultivate and expand the strategic relationship with partner spanning both public and private markets.
- Align business and product strategies across both organizations to maximize shared opportunities and client benefits.
- Facilitate executive connectivity between leadership teams, ensuring transparency, collaboration, product innovation, and trust.
- Monitor strategic partnership business and product roadmap, negotiating contractual terms, and sharing strategic insights with State Street leadership to inform joint initiatives.
- Drive revenue expansion through new business, cross-selling, and partnership related service opportunities.
- Strengthen State Street's market position by leveraging consulting and professional services to deliver innovative Middle and Back Office solutions.
- Actively compete and differentiate against peer institutions through superior client experience and strategic partnerships.
- Champion a seamless client experience by optimizing delivery models and implementing standardized KPIs, SLAs, and reporting metrics.
- Reduce onboarding and implementation timelines for partnership-related engagements.
- Achieve year-over-year improvement in client satisfaction metrics.
- Lead initiatives to co-develop and launch joint products / solutions.
- Maintain a regular cadence of strategic updates between product teams.
- Partner with industry consultants to elevate State Street's thought leadership and market visibility.
- Lead and inspire a global virtual team, promoting best practices and ensuring alignment across franchise participants.
- Drive operational efficiency through vertical integration of STT's Middle and Back Office service teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
Extensive experience working directly with solution providers and related management teams.Proven success managing large, global client relationships and P&L accountability.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.Strong background in global operations management, including virtual and matrixed teams.Track record of revenue growth and business expansion in complex financial services environments.Strategic thinker with a client-centric mindset and deep understanding of investment servicing and technology solutions.Salary Range : $225,000 - $337,500 Annual
