Responsibilities :
Resident Delight Champion : You'll go beyond basic customer service to cultivate resident loyalty. This means fostering a welcoming and responsive environment where residents feel heard and valued.
You'll proactively address resident needs and concerns, turning them into positive experiences. Additionally, you'll spearhead resident events and initiatives to cultivate a thriving community atmosphere, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging resident renewals.
Leasing & Occupancy Growth Driver : Leveraging your interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of our community's offerings, you'll be instrumental in driving occupancy growth.
You'll effectively convert qualified leads into satisfied residents through expert lease presentations, clear communication, and the ability to tailor your approach to each prospect's unique needs.
Your role will be vital in ensuring our community remains vibrant and welcoming.
Operational Efficiency Champion : You'll uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring accurate lease processing, timely reporting, and meticulous recordkeeping.
Your commitment to detail and efficiency will streamline daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the community.
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- Proven track record of acting as a leasing professional for a lease-up property.
- Exceptional Communication Skills : Both written and verbal, allowing you to confidently interact with residents, prospective tenants, and team members.
You'll be able to clearly convey information, answer questions comprehensively, and build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
Demonstrated Customer Service Focus : A genuine passion for exceeding expectations and creating positive resident experiences is essential.
You'll be proactive in identifying resident needs, responsive in addressing concerns, and possess a friendly and helpful demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty.
Leasing Expertise : Proven ability to effectively present property features, navigate leasing procedures, and cultivate long-term resident relationships.
Experience in qualifying leads, conducting tours, and closing lease agreements is a plus.
Proficiency in Technology : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn industry-specific software programs, such as Yardi or similar leasing platforms.
Your comfort with technology will allow you to adapt to evolving processes and optimize your daily tasks.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred) :
- Prior experience in the property management industry, particularly in a leasing role.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar leasing software platforms.
- A polished and professional demeanor that reflects the image of our community.
