Duties and Responsibilities include :

• Respond to telephone calls, email, text messages, and in-office visits from customers
• Prepare reports, records, and information
• Establish and maintain files, along with recording encounters with customers
• Achieve production goals
• Establish and manage customer relationships
• Provide fair, prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales review process to educate customers about their insurance purchase options
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
