We are hiring full time Crew Team Members for our Muscle Beach and Lummus Park locations.   WE OFFER Competitive Wages Health, dental benefits, and a 401k plan Uniforms and paid training Growth opportunities for leadership positions for highly qualified applicants DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Follow all recipes & procedures without any deviation  Adhere strictly to prep lists & prep quantities in accordance with average prep times Prepare all components, kits, & menu dishes for transportation to a Beachside food trailer Place orders with vendors as needed, following set pars & cutoff times Comply with local sanitation laws & practices; take pride in how food is handled, produced, & stored Complete daily counts of products to ensure delivery of everything needed to fulfill guest orders Set up, maintain, and break down workstations according to company & health department standards Receive and inspect the product returned from the trailer daily; change and wash pans, label, rinse / drain, and discard as needed Properly rotate all product as it’s received or prepared Label & organize ingredients on shelves, putting everything back in its home every time Reports for every shift on time & follows all scheduled breaks & out times, as business needs dictate Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Assist the culinary team and managers with any additional tasks requested Must be able to read & speak English to complete recipes Must be willing to work a flexible & changing schedule Must be able to perform all functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge of basic cooking techniques such as cutting, trimming, roasting, steaming, & parboiling Knowledge of The Big 8 Food Allergies; prevent cross contamination & ensure safety at every step Knowledge of local health rules & regulations Kitchen prep or line experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent preferred
