Job Details :
- No forced dispatch (we encourage you to run the loads that we provide).
- Fuel card (CPS) get .20-.25 cpg on more than 1300 gas stations across the state - Pilot, Love's, Flying J, and Speedway.
- Auto liability and Cargo insurance $250 (weekly).
- Occupational insurance $45 (weekly, optional).
- Physical damage insurance 7% of the truck's value (monthly, optional).
- Pre-pass $30 (monthly).
- Best pass (48 states) $20 (monthly).
- ELD $35 (weekly) (PROLog).
