Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist I to support our the manufacturing team of one of our valued clients in North Houston. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who take pride in producing high-quality components, thrive in a safety-first environment, and are committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, program and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision parts.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Conduct first article inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Manage work orders and inventory transactions using Oracle.

Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling.

Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

At least 1 year of CNC machining experience or a 2-year degree in Machining Technology.

Knowledge of M-Code and G-Code in manufacturing industry.

Proficient with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Basic computer literacy and email communication skills.

Experience with Oracle and Middleware systems.

Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Forklift certification.

Completion of a CNC Machining trade school program.

Hourly Pay : $24-26 / HR DOE
