Compensation : $95,000-$135,000 plus equity. Comprehensive healthcare and 401(k) included.

Minimum Experience Required : 2+ years of experience with Python or Go in a production environment.

What You'll Do :

Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Go, focusing on high availability and performance.

Implement RESTful APIs and microservices that are robust, secure, and easy to integrate with frontend applications.

Optimize database performance and queries to improve response times and overall system efficiency.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features based on user feedback and business needs.

What You Bring :

2+ years of experience with Python or Go in a production environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of backend development principles.

Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases, including performance tuning and optimization.

Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ to facilitate communication between services.

Bonus Points :

Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker to streamline deployment processes.

Knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture principles to enhance system scalability and reliability.
