Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements production plans to ensure timely product delivery and minimize downtime. The engineer analyzes manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities, implements TPM / Continuous Improvement and Lean principles to enhance efficiency, and utilizes SAP for production planning and inventory management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations are also key responsibilities. Reports to Plant Superintendent or Production Manager and works closely Operations, Production, Logistics, and Lab / Quality Assurance
