The Senior Manager Labor Relations plays a critical role in supporting company's business growth by building and execution of the U.S. national Labor Relations strategy. This role is accountable for managing and enhancing the organization's relationship with labor unions and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements and labor laws, as well as developing organizational capability in Labor Relations across the U.S., to foster a high-performance, employee-centric culture. This position serves as a strategic advisor to leadership and People & Culture partners on labor relations matters, including negotiations, grievance handling, and contract interpretation.

Your 'day to day' : Strategic Labor Relations Leadership

• Develop and implement national labor relations strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary liaison with union representatives and labor counsel, fostering constructive and collaborative relationships.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations and contract renewals across multiple unions and locations, including strategy development, proposal drafting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support organizational change initiatives with a labor relations lens to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with union agreements.
