PTS Advance has partnered with a engineering firm that is actively seeking Electrical Engineers to join their Substation Design Team in St.
Louis, MO. They have opportunities for a Lead Physical and a Lead P&C Engineer.
While not exhaustive, below is a list of requirements that would make you an excellent candidate for the position :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer License
- 5 -10+ years of Substation and / or Protection and Controls experience
- Ability to perform QA / QC on Substation Projects
- Proficiency in protective relay coordination and settings calculations for High Voltage and Extra High Voltage substations
- Ability to create and modify technical specifications for major substation equipment
- Knowledge of relevant codes such as NESC, NEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to direct and review the work of junior engineers, designers, and technicians on major projects
