Corporate Safety Manager

The Corporate Safety Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining safety processes and programs to ensure a safe working environment for all company employees. This position is responsible for ensuring plant locations to comply of all federal, state and local regulations, guidelines, and company health & safety policies. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated, experienced safety professional with the ability to work in a matrix-style organization .

Essential Functions

• Program and Process Oversight

Implement and oversee the companys safety program including the development of site safety policies and procedures.

Develop safety training programs and materials such as new hire orientation, cause mapping, fall protection, confined spaces, lockout / tagout, etc.

Develop and implement accident investigations, root cause analysis, data analysis, and recurrence prevention programs and procedures.
