Dental Lab Technician

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lab Technician specializing in anterior crown and bridge.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with doctors to review and refine case designs for optimal patient outcomes

Provide live clinical support to clinicians through phone, chat, and video communication

Facilitate communication between doctors and lab teams to translate clinical feedback into production outcomes

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a Dental Technician role

3+ years of experience in CAD / CAM design, including complex anterior crown and bridge cases

Bilingual in French and English is a plus

Deep understanding of digital dental workflows for anterior crown and bridge

Experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
