Temporary Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Temporary Product Counsel attorney for a contract position from November 2025 to May 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on legal issues related to the integration of lending products across the platform

Interpret and apply federal and state BNPL regulations, including consumer protection and disclosure requirements

Draft and revise customer-facing materials such as terms of service and product disclosures

Required Qualifications

Experience in consumer financial services and fintech product development

Knowledge of BNPL regulation and compliance

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active membership in a state bar association
