A highly regarded boutique firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to work with a respected, client-centered firm offering sophisticated matters, autonomy, and long-term partnership potential.
What They're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters
- Strong drafting skills for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments
- Experience counseling high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on estate and wealth preservation strategies
- Excellent client relationship skills and the ability to manage matters independently with professionalism and precision
- Florida Bar admission in good standing (LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus)
