Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include updating our current websites, web applications, and web services
• Maintains constant communication with colleagues
• Displays strong teamwork skills
• Works and thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns rapidly, and masters diverse web technologies and techniques
• Maintains, expands, and scales our websites
• Stays plugged in to and applies emerging technologies / industry trends
• Assists department in estimating client IT proposals
• Assists with special projects and events as directed
• Creates and updates website with a high degree of quality
• Presents and defends designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Implements and maintains high-quality SEO policies and incorporates them with content produced for the website
• Establishes and promotes coding guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Collaborates on code reviews to ensure quality of code base
• Other duties as assigned
• Plans for upcoming problems or opportunities and takes appropriate action
• Problem Solving / Analysis - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Interact with coworkers on digital platforms
• Moving self in different positions such as twisting, crawling, or kneeling to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces

Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge - Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
• Working knowledge of desktop publishing software
• 5+ years' experience in .NET web development
• 5+ years' experience with C#, WCF / Web API services, MSSQL, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
• Knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform
• Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ
• Proficiency developing in Visual Studio
• Experience in hosting applications on Microsoft Azure
• Up to 2 % travel
• Communicate with others verbally, including ability to talk or hear, and understand and distinguish speech and / or other sounds
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one workspace to another
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and / or fingers such as simple grasping, keyboarding, or fine manipulation
• Reaching above, below, or at waist level
• Ability to use hands, including hand-eye coordination
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting
• Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds
