Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our busy Fire Extinguisher Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for fire extinguisher inspections, maintenance, and deliveries.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle billing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, sales staff, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records in our service management system.
- Assist with inventory tracking and office support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or administrative experience (service or trades industry preferred).Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with business software / scheduling systems.Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.What We Offer
