MustHaves

Mustpossess a postgraduate degree in nursing or a related field; or theknowledge and skills associated with an advanced degree;

or awritten plan to obtain these qualifications. A related field mayinclude healthcare administration or businessadministration.

• Current unencumbered license topractice by the State Board ofNursing.
• Previous leadership experience in apsychiatric health care facility
• Experience inpatient assessments family motivations treatment planning andcommunication with external review organizations or comparableentities.
