Objective : We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Director of Sales Enablement to help drive the development and delivery of a modern sales education ecosystem. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing enablement strategies that accelerate onboarding, improve sales ramp time, strengthen frontline manager effectiveness, and drive adoption of product releases and sales plays across global Sales teams and Channel Partners. The Senior Director will lead the creation of scalable and repeatable enablement programs aligned with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner functions. These programs will equip our customer-facing teams with the training, tools, and resources needed to elevate performance and meet business objectives.
