Training & Development Specialist

Supporting enterprise user enablement and training development, the full-time remote Training & Development Specialist (M365 & Teams Services) will create and maintain training materials and documentation for Microsoft 365, focusing on Purview compliance features and Microsoft Teams Phone capabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain training materials and user documentation for Microsoft Purview and Teams Phone capabilities Create content that drives user understanding of data classification, secure collaboration practices, and supports enterprise G5 adoption efforts Collaborate with technical teams to translate system configurations into user-friendly guidance and support organizational change management activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of related professional experience Experience in training development, documentation, or user enablement for enterprise systems Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content Experience supporting enterprise software adoption or rollout efforts Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
