Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable cruise experience.
Managing cruise bookings and reservations, including processing payments, issuing tickets, and securing cabin assignments.
Proactively follow up with client's post-cruise to gather feedback and maintain ongoing engagement. REQUIREMENTS : Must be 18+ and coachable Attend webinar training for increased knowledge.
Computer or smartphone required w / access to WIFI. Self-Motivated. Internet savvy- Must know how to use the internet. Clear and effective communication skills are necessary for explaining cruise options, pricing, terms and conditions, and answering any questions or concerns clients may have.
