What We Are Looking For

The Digital Experience Manager will own Tealium's website strategy and execution, driving engagement, conversion, and inbound growth. Working remotely, this role operates across website experience, personalization, SEO, and email marketing to ensure Tealium.com delivers tailored, high-performing journeys for our ICP segments. Success in this role means optimizing the site as a demand-driving engine, testing new digital tactics, and continuously improving the user experience.

This individual should thrive in a fast-moving SaaS environment, championing "Teal on Teal" activations (using Tealium's own products) and bringing technical / creative solutions to complex web, email, and conversion challenges.

The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following :
