Job descriptionAssist the Human Resources team with open enrollment Support employees, managers, and third-party administrators by answering questions and providing updates on leave status The Benefits Assistant will communicate via email, phone, and in-person The Benefits Assistant is responsible for updating and maintaining all documentation related to benefits and leaves Previous exposure to benefits is required The Benefits Assistant must have excellent written and oral communication skills The Benefits Assistant will be comfortable with providing customer service
