A company is looking for a Technical Operations Director (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day business technical support for systems related to claims, service, and membership
Manage performance evaluations, coaching, and mentorship of staff to enhance career growth
Direct business analyst and project management functions to support system development life cycle (SDLC) activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
8 years of experience in an IT and / or operational environment
3 years of management experience
Preferred experience with Facets
