Lead Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst, Product Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between customers, Product, Sales, and Client Engagement to translate business needs into actionable data insights

Own the requirements gathering process and ensure analytics support strategic goals through reporting alignment and information flow

Conduct research on customer behavior and trends to inform product and business strategy while delivering dashboards and reports

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analytics, or related data-driven roles

Proven track record of gathering and documenting business and reporting requirements

Strong understanding of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data delivery

Ability to adapt quickly in evolving technical environments

Intellectual curiosity and a focus on understanding the underlying reasons behind data trends
