Job Title : Mammography Technologist (Rad Tech) – Locum Tenens

End Date : February 2, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day shift, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (5x8-hour shifts per week)

Hours per Week : 40

Estimated Weekly Pay : $2,260 – $2,430

Scrub Color : Any color

COVID-19 Vaccine : Required (medical / religious exemptions considered)

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist preferred

Active New Jersey Radiologic Technologist License (pending license accepted)

ARRT Mammography certification required

Experience with screening and diagnostic mammograms, stereotactic breast biopsy, and DEXA scans

Proficiency with HOLOGIC Mammography and DEXA Scan equipment

Experience with Syngo Radiology Information System preferred

First-time travelers and experienced healthcare professionals welcome

Ability to provide recent references from managers or supervisors

Willingness to complete required healthcare modules during orientation

Key Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensuring patient comfort and safety

Conduct stereotactic breast biopsies and DEXA scans as required

Operate HOLOGIC Mammography and DEXA Scan equipment efficiently

Accurately document procedures and patient information using the Syngo Radiology Information System

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment

Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards in New Jersey healthcare settings
