Healthcare Analytics Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, IXI (Intelligent Experience and Insights). Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end insight development for targeted pharmacy services and growth initiatives Develop robust data models, dashboards, and analytic layers using PowerBI, Alteryx, and Databricks Design and automate performance scorecards for internal and client-facing stakeholders Qualifications : 5-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, preferably in pharmacy, payer, or provider services Demonstrated skill in BI development, workflow automation, and stakeholder engagement Experience with 340B program data and / or value-based care analytics is preferred Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Public Health, Business, or equivalent required
