A company is looking for a Manager, Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives

Manage development efforts as a liaison with business and technical partners

Facilitate cross-team project collaboration between state-based health plans and business units

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred

4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and data management

Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data verification and complex queries

Preferred knowledge of programmatic coding languages such as Python and R

Experience in change management processes and emerging trend analysis preferred
