As a Home Care CNA for PACE KC, you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. The Home Care CNA provides quality care to participants, under the supervision of the Supervisor of Home Care and nurses in accordance with PACE KC policies and procedures. You will also perform related tasks in accordance with the participant's plan of care.
If you have a passion for working with a team of dedicated caregivers to make care visible every day, this role is for you.
Successful Candidates will have :
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
- Knowledge of principles, practices, standards, and techniques of a CNA
- Previous experience working in hospice, home health, or long-term care.
- 1 year of experience working with the geriatric population.
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMS).
- Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
Associates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption for vaccination accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.
