Immigration Operational Director (Chinese bilingual)
About us : My Visa Services has extensive experience and diverse channels in overseas immigration business. We will provide you with a full range of customized consulting services to understand client’s needs and design the most suitable plan for clients through one-on-one VIP service that guarantees a clear and smooth petition process and content.
Responsibilities : Overseeing all aspects of office daily operation. Developing and achieving company business and profit objectives.
Designing, developing, and improving department programs. Setting strategic long and short-term departmental goals and evaluating outcomes.
Supervising and evaluating team member’s performance. Research on periodic changes in immigration policies and regulations.
Develop and deliver legal training to business & marketing teams. Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and adherence to company policy.
Arrange and attend in routine team meetings or meetings with CEO to follow up on the on-going program. Performing other duties assigned.
Candidate requirements : Bachelor’s degree in law or business management. Startup experience is a plus. 3+ years of management experience in similar industry.
Experience in case management highly preferred. Law background in the U.S.A. or China is a plus. Strong writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Powered by JazzHR
