What Youll Do

As a QC Technician, youll play a vital role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards before they go out the door. Your day-to-day will include :

Inspecting wiring and hardware assemblies for accuracy and compliance

Reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings

Performing hands-on inspections of wire routes, terminations, labeling, torque, and mechanical fit

Verifying correct build quality and documentation for production sign-off

Working closely with production teams to address quality issues in real-time

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and thrives in a hands-on environment. You should be able to work independently, follow documentation closely, and take pride in doing things right the first time.

Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings

Experience inspecting wiring, hardware, or electronics

Detail-oriented, precise, and focused on quality

Reliable and punctual ? especially for 2nd shift and Saturdays

Strong understanding of quality control principles

Backgrounds

Previous experience in electronics or hardware assembly

Technicians with PCB board or electrical wiring experience

Maintenance techs with inspection experience in a manufacturing setting
