Retail Associate

Now hiring a Retail Associate, where you will assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, and provide friendly assistance to customers and team members. Additional duties include manage simple records and enter information accurately, coordinate with other departments when needed, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, learn company products and services to better assist others, as well as follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
