Join our growing team as a Postal Clerk to respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, and follow safety procedures and company policies. Other duties include coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, work collaboratively across teams and departments, provide excellent service to customers and team members, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, assist with processing returns and exchanges, along with support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, maintain accurate records and documentation, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
