Position : Product Coordinator - Japanese / English Bilingual

Location : Redondo Beach, CA | Hybrid, onsite work a few times a month

Status : Full-time, Non-exempt

Salary Range : $50,000 - $57,000 / year (DOE)

Summary

Seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Product Coordinator to support live game operations. This role involves maintaining product updates, communicating with development teams, translating materials, and ensuring the accuracy of in-game and promotional content. The position offers growth potential toward a Producer role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Japanese development teams and U.S. production.
• Monitor game updates, maintenance schedules, and player feedback.
• Translate and proofread materials (Japanese English).
• Support social media and marketing activities.
• Check the accuracy of in-game messages and announcements.
• Assist with event proposals, tournaments, and giveaways.
• Analyze KPI data and test game prototypes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
