We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist or SLP to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
This position requires expertise in working with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, and in various settings such as hospitals and acute care facilities.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve their speech and language skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving communication and swallowing abilities
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills :
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech production and swallowing mechanisms
- Familiarity with medical terminology commonly used in speech therapy
