Loan Collateral Processing Specialist

The Loan Collateral Processing Team is looking to add a Collateral Processing Specialist to their fun, energetic, and outgoing team up to 15 individuals. This role will be individual tasks as well as team based tasks. Some responsibilities include but not limited too :

• Coordinates the preparation of loan / lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines and investor standards by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information within designated time frames.
• Communicates with staff, customers / clients, realtors, brokers, counsel, title companies, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file.
• Ensures compliance with internal policies, regulatory and investor requirements and customer service standards.
• May coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages; calculating final closing costs and disbursing funds.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm CT

Location : Oshkosh Operations Center
