Job Title : ServiceNow Solution Architect and Technical Manager

Location : Baltimore MD - 5 days On -site (Need local candidates only)

Description of Work :

• Expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture leading multiple development and implementations providing guidance and leadership with development Team Leads.
• Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development enhancements and implementations.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e. AI and automation).
• Build roadmaps provide recommendations lead development and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.
• Help development teams as needed.
• All other duties as assigned or directed.

Basic Qualifications : Minimum knowledge skills abilities needed.

CIS Customer Service Management
