Job Details
We are looking for a Controller to oversee all financial procedures of our company. As a Controller, you’ll monitor the company’s financial status, review quarterly and annual budgets and manage accounting transactions.
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting / Finance and the following :
- CPA is NOT required but preferred
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within the Real estate, property management sector
- Strong understanding of GAAP, GL experience
- Previous experience managing full-cycle accounting processes including AP, AR
- Experience with cash management and risk assessment
- Proficient with software (Yardi, Appfolio, or MRI preferred)
