Senior Supervising Electrical Engineer Mission Critical / DATA CENTERS

This role serves as the Engineer of Record on key projects, leading design coordination, technical delivery, and team supervision. It combines hands-on technical leadership with project and staff management to ensure high-quality outcomes across mission-critical, healthcare, and other complex facility types.

Base pay range

$140,000.00 / yr - $190,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Engineer of Record on assigned projects, overseeing all design and technical deliverables.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff; support technical training and development.
• Manage and coordinate engineering assignments, ensuring compliance with established design standards, specifications, and criteria.
• Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Handle construction administration tasks including field reports, RFI responses, bulletins, and addenda.
• Review and monitor all project correspondence with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and administer add-services agreements.
• Conduct coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Supervise preparation of system analyses, reports, and building condition assessments.
