We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a passion for graphic design, photography, social media, website management, video production, and movie editing.

This role requires someone who can independently generate innovative ideas and deliver high-quality multimedia content to enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design visually appealing and engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages.

2. Capture high-quality photographs for various projects and events, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment.

3. Utilize social media platforms to create compelling visual content and engage with our audience effectively.

4. Manage and update our company website with fresh and relevant multimedia content to enhance user experience.

5. Produce videos using various tools, including smartphones and professional equipment, to create engaging and informative visual stories.

6. Edit videos using movie editing software to enhance quality, add effects, and ensure a polished final product.

7. Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for multimedia projects that align with our brand and marketing objectives.

8. Propose and create policies, SOPs, and educational materials for digital content creation for point of contact at other company sites within the United States.

9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in multimedia production to continuously improve the quality of our content.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, related field, or work experience not relevant to the degree.
• Proven experience in graphic design, photography, social media management, website administration, and video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and website management platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Experience in creating multimedia content for marketing, branding, or storytelling purposes is a plus.
