Sales Associate
Full Job Description :
With recent client growth, we are excited to hire Sales Associates to join our Retail Marketing Team.
Sales Associates will be taught skills to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and client representation.
Our company's philosophy is promoting from within, which guarantees you the opportunities to advance without ever having to change companies.
We are looking for entry-level candidates who have customer service experience. Although no experience is needed we do offer PAID training in client product knowledge, customer service, marketing, and general retail management is provided.
Sales Associates will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful.
Responsibilities :
- Grow your working knowledge of marketing, sales, and consumer acquisition fields
- Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services
- Coordinate retail promotions and organize presentations of sales information face-to-face with consumers
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet client market expectations
Requirements :
- High school diploma or higher
- 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to apply constructive feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment
- Must love working with people and be comfortable in a forward-facing environment
