About The Position We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team in Missouri for a 78-day locum tenens assignment starting early November 2025. This role involves three 12-hour day shifts per week, including some weekends, with shift hours primarily from 9 AM to 9 PM or 1 PM to 1 AM. Job Details Location : Missouri Start Date : Nov 3, 2025 LOA : 78 days Provider Type Needed : Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant Schedule : 3 12-hour shifts per week, some weekends, hours vary (9-9 or 1-1) Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive patient care in an emergency setting, handling various medical emergencies and urgent care needs. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff, to ensure effective patient care delivery. Utilize the Epic EMR system to document patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes efficiently. Adhere to all facility protocols and standards while maintaining a high level of patient care and safety. Additional Information Required Board Certifications : Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC); Emergency Nurse Practitioner Certification (ENP); Emergency Nurse Practitioner Certification (ENP-BC) Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in Missouri Candidates must possess experience in trauma centers, particularly in academic settings.
