Responsible for several aspects of hardware and software support across the PC environment. Oversee a ticket queue for submitted problems and requests. Provide customer service and technical support to staff. Collaborate and work solo on various projects and initiatives within the IT environment. Assist in tracking and maintaining of IT solutions database.
