- Shift: Clinic hours 8:00 am – 12:00 pm & 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm; Call (weeknights & weekends)
- Hours/week: 40 hours (plus pre-approved OT)
- Employment Type: Locum
- License/Certs: Active CA medical license, DEA, BLS, BC or BE within 3-5 years of residency
- Experience: 2+ years in inpatient/outpatient Hematology/Oncology, inpatient case logs required
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application)
- Schedule & Call Pay: Regular hours, call, overtime, holiday, and night call rates to be mutually agreed upon

What You’ll Do
- Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology/Oncology care in a hospital-affiliated clinic setting
- Manage outpatient clinic consultations, follow-ups, and procedures
- Respond to emergency and on-call needs, including evening and weekend coverage
- Document encounters accurately and timely
- Participate in resident teaching and academic activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain clinical logs for privileges and credentialing compliance
What You Need
Required:
- Active California medical license
- DEA license
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of clinical inpatient/outpatient experience in Oncology/Hematology
- Experience with inpatient case logs for privileges
Preferred:
- Previous experience at a COC-accredited facility
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
