What You'll Do
As our Patient Enrollment Specialist , you will :
- Serve as the first point of contact for new patients referred to Vitasigns programs.
- Engage patients by phone, email, and text — explaining program benefits with empathy and clarity.
- Obtain and document patient consent for RPM and CCM programs in compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations.
- Educate patients on device setup and participation expectations.
- Manage patient interactions in HubSpot CRM , tracking enrollment progress and follow-ups.
- Use RingCentral for outbound / inbound patient communication (calls, SMS, and email).
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Meet and exceed performance goals, including daily enrollments and patient satisfaction metrics.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.1+ year of customer service, call center, or patient-facing experience.Professional communication skills and a patient-first attitude.Ability to work on-site daily at our Newport Beach headquarters (no remote / hybrid option).Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented.Excellent verbal and written communication — able to explain healthcare programs clearly.Preferred Qualifications :
Bilingual (Spanish, Farsi, Korean, or Mandarin highly valued).Experience using HubSpot or other CRM systems.Background in healthcare administration or medical office settings.Prior experience in performance-based or goal-driven roles.What We Offer
Compensation :
$20–$25 / hour (based on experience)Monthly performance bonusesWork Schedule & Location
