Job Description

A leading multi-family office is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join its growing practice serving families and entrepreneurs with complex wealth structures.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned tax professional with deep experience in a family office environment working on high-net-worth and partnership taxation, strong leadership capabilities, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate sophisticated financial challenges. You'll manage client engagements end-to-end, oversee compliance and planning, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally with firm leadership on integrated wealth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements for high-net-worth clients, partnerships, trusts, and private entities.
• Provide strategic tax planning, structuring, and compliance solutions across diverse client portfolios.
• Direct workflow, coach staff, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Manage client audits, quarterly billing, and annual retainers.
• Partner with leadership to integrate tax strategy with broader financial, estate, and philanthropic planning initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement, recruiting, and firm growth initiatives.
