One of the nation’s premier luxury resorts, is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead its sales team and drive group, wedding, and leisure business. Spanning three hotels, private estates, golf, spa, casino, dining, and adventure experiences, this resort sets the standard for world-class hospitality.
The Role
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 sales managers (including 2 focused on weddings).
- Deliver 23,000–27,000 annual group room nights .
- Build and execute sales strategies for Northeast and Midwest markets .
- Develop strong relationships with wedding, leisure, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales, marketing, and guest experience.
Key Requirements
3–5 years as a Director of Sales in a resort or luxury hospitality environment.Proven expertise in Northeast and Midwest markets.Track record of leading teams and meeting aggressive group room goals.Strong background with weddings, corporate accounts, and group sales.Career history demonstrating tenure and stability.Benefits
