Per Diem Tuesday - Friday 11am-7 pm & Saturday from 10-6 pm

$15 hour

based on experience and shift differentials)

Founded in 1883, St. Margaret's Center is a skilled nursing facility serving medically fragile infants, children, and young adults on a single dedicated campus.

We specialize in providing cutting-edge, long-term, 24-hour intensive medical care in a nurturing and home-like setting.

Requirements for a Resident Life Assistant :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience, specifically with providing care and recreational programs to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities for a Resident Life Assistant :

• Assisting the Resident Life team with providing therapeutic recreation programs and experience for the residents
• These experiences are designed to improve each child's cognitive, physical, social and emotional functioning abilities.
