Job Summary : Digital Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with system-wide goals and support both not-for-profit and for-profit business lines. Manage the ongoing growth and optimization of digital channels, ensuring integration across campaigns and business units.
Social Media
Oversee LifeBridge Health's social media strategy and content calendar across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.). Create and curate engaging, relevant content that reflects our mission, promotes services, and highlights community impact. Monitor analytics and engagement metrics, using insights to refine strategy and expand reach.
Email Marketing & CRM
Lead the development and execution of segmented email campaigns that drive engagement, appointments, and loyalty. Manage CRM workflows, marketing automation, and list management to ensure data-driven targeting and personalization. Partner with service line teams to develop lifecycle and nurture campaigns that convert leads into patients.
Reputation & Listings Management
Oversee and optimize LifeBridge Health's presence across Google Business Profiles and other key directories. Manage online ratings and reviews, ensuring timely responses and collaboration with operations teams to address feedback. Track performance and trends to identify opportunities for service improvement and patient satisfaction.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Track KPIs and performance across digital channels using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, CRM dashboards, etc.). Develop regular reports and actionable insights to improve performance and ROI. Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, with a focus on healthcare and local search optimization.
Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, IT, and business development teams to align efforts and ensure consistency across all channels. Manage vendor and agency relationships as needed for digital campaigns, advertising, and analytics support. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of LifeBridge Health's digital marketing strategy as new platforms and technologies emerge.
Requirements :
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
