Work Schedule :
60% FTE, 24 hours / week. 8 or 12-hour evening / night shifts scheduled between the hours of 3 : 00 PM 7 : 30 AM. Weekend rotation required.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to :
- Provide direct support to the House Supervisors and inpatient nursing units.
- Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs.
- Assign Flexible Resource staff to fill current daily inpatient nursing needs.

Education :
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
Work Experience :
Minimum One (1) year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field
Preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
