Job Title : Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing all orders daily, managing approximately 30,000 SKUs, and ensuring all information is accurately verified. This role involves predominantly data entry tasks and may occasionally require handling calls and emails from vendors and customers. The position supports a small office team in a predominantly production-oriented company.
Responsibilities
Process and verify information for up to 220 orders daily, ensuring timely shipment by the end of each day.
Manage and maintain accurate records of approximately 30,000 SKUs.
Provide administrative support in various areas as needed due to the small office size.
Occasionally respond to calls and emails from vendors and customers.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Excel or an ERP system.
Strong customer service skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Eagerness to learn and assist where needed.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
