This role goes beyond customer serviceyoull be the trusted point of contact for assigned accounts, auditing vendor invoices, resolving issues, and delivering timely, accurate reporting that helps our clients achieve measurable savings.

| Own the reporting process prepare clear, timely monthly reports and invoices, ensuring clients and internal stakeholders always have accurate insights.
